Returns and Refunds

At Iris and Bloom, we take pride in creating high-quality faux flower arrangements and designs that we are confident you will love. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so we have a clear returns policy to ensure transparency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Photographic evidence is required before returning item.

We do not offer free returns unless the item is deemed faulty.
Please contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, we can then evaluate and rectify any issue.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at Irisandbloom@outlook.com with:
Your order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a replacement, you’ll need to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized arrangements, unless an error on our part.
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
For lost packages, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
