Delivery:

• UK Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £100; otherwise, £4.95. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days when ordered from available stock from the website. Items marked as sold, can still be ordered and we can create a very similar bespoke arrangement, this can take from 7-14 working days to be delivered. Email us direct at irisandbloom@outlook.com for enquires about recreating similar designs.

• UK Express (Next Working Day): £9.95 for orders over £20, provided the order is placed before noon.

• United Kingdom deliveries only at present.

• Processing: Orders are shipped Mon–Fri from our Business Address. Orders on weekends or bank holidays—and those placed after 12 pm—begin processing the next working day.

• Other Notes:

• Only physical addresses are accepted (no PO boxes).

• A mobile number is required for courier contact.

• They aren’t liable for postal or customs delays.

Packaging:

All packaging is included in the delivery cost. All items are securely packaged and are fully recyclable.
